I had a great experience at Bridal Warehouse! I came in with a picture of the kind of dress I wanted and I tried on several dresses, but ended up leaving with a completely different style dress than I had originally come in to get. The dress is just perfect. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Joy is awesome! I'm not much into shopping, but I had a blast and I'm so happy with the dress I got. Thank you, Joy!

They were very patient with my fiance in helping her pick out the dress she wanted. They went above and beyond to help her feel comfortable and give her suggestions based on what she had told them. Very friendly and definitely listened to everything she said or told them. Great customer service in my book and won my trust by how they treated my fiance and was not pushy in any sense

I am so glad I found this place! I went for a wedding dress and ended up getting what I wanted/ looking for. Joy let me roam around while making suggestions. She was very patient and gave me actual feedback instead of just telling me what I wanted to hear. She also brought out dresses so that i could see what the different top and bottoms looked like together. I was in there probably about an hour. I didn't feel pressured or rushed. The best part is I spent less than what I had planned.

The women here saved my wedding! I had a bridesmaid back out of my wedding 2 weeks before and I had no idea what I was going to do. I had a replacement bridesmaid but not a dress that would fit her and no time to order another one. I called USA Bridal and they had practically the same dress in the color and size I needed in their floor samples and they happily sold it to me that day and reassured me that everything was going to be okay. Thank you to the manager Theresa for parting with your sample (even though they are not usually for sale), and for putting my mind at ease. Great customer service and I recommend them to everyone I can!

Picked up my dress in September while they were renovating and just painted. Opened the bag and my dress smelled like paint, have been airing it out with no avail. Called the store and spoke with manager. Theresa, who indicated that “it was not possible” and there was nothing they would do to help me.
