In the beginning everything was great until i have to file a auto theft claim. I call to ask for a rental they agent told me they don't offer rental for theft claims or reimburse you if you rent a car yourself. So i let that go no problem, then i was inform i need to wait for a 30 days investigation period which i did patiently. After my 30 days they were suppose to cut my check but i have to wait an extra month! Just for them to cut the check to my bank. So that's a total of 2 months i waited for them! When they send out the check they were suppose to send the bank my car pay off and cut me a second check for the remaining balance but they screw that up also by sending the whole check off to the bank. Now i have a additional wait of another 2 weeks. Everything add up close to 3 months off times which i don't have a car or the money to down pay for a new car! Horrible excuse for custimer service

Mostly Pleasant. Good rates, etc. I've been a customer for over a decade. However, I have constant trouble paying my bill. I don't mail in payments, preferring to pay over the phone. It's impossible to get in touch with my local representative. They never answer the phone, or if they do, they say they'll call me back, and rarely ever do. It's annoying. Today, 01/02/2017, which isn't a holiday or a weekday mind you, I called all seven locations and no one would answer. I can only assume they are closed, without notifying anyone they would be closed. I would expect them to be closed on holidays, but today? If they're going to close on days like this, they should let us know. Today is my last day to submit my payment before my policy is canceled and they're closed. Something I would have planned for, had I been aware of it. I was forced to pay online, over an unsecured public connection, which is ridiculous.
