I was extremely satisfied with hiring this company to help with my flooded basement. They provided me with a great team and were always prompt with what had to be done. I highly recommend anyone to contact this company at your time of need. It's reasonably priced and have great customer service. The people they sent to my house were nice and respectable to my home. The guys wore booties which I really appreciated and they instructed me with everything they planned on doing.

This team exceeded my expectations. The staff was very knowledge and friendly. They came and repaired the damages in my basement with urgency. Highly recommend using USA Water and Fire Restoration. Thanks guys!

Pretty rude. Appointment setter sounded annoyed the entire time. Superviser dude hung up on me after I canceled my appointment. 

Other, than that, they said they could get to my place within an hour. Good timing I guess. Don't know if they wouldve actually made it tough
