This Company is kind of good but there bus arrival is very late and when we arrived at McDonald the bus broke down which now we have to wait like 3 hours to actually get another bus to pick us up which ruined my play time at Circus Circus. I recommend the company to get drivers who check their belts and engines before taking off this happens mostly everytime when ever I go to Reno very late season which is sad.  I mean even though the bathroom smells I could hold it until we arrive at McDonald which doesn't take that long unless it's snowing xD. No one should get tickets from this company until they improve there services with passengers.

horrible service ever.  
bus not on time
really bad bus - noisy, bumpy and no toilet paper (no light neither) in restroom on bus 
driver is very rude
The bus broke down in the middle of the road on our trip from LA to SF and driver didn't allow us to get off bus.  The replacement bus came over after 5 and half hour later (we are only 2 hour away from LA). 
owner of this company didn't listen to customers' complains and were very impolite.  
expensive.  $60 for the LA-SF trip.  normal fare is around $35-45
sometime, the driver would even ask for tips!!!  ($10)
they would stop at least 3 times in the middle of the freeway(not include oakland stop).

Never use this service.  These people are just like gangsters.
