An awesome collection with lots of unique sites. Makes for a great addition to an afternoon stroll in Pasadena. The only thing that I found to be confusing was the location of the entrance. The entrance was not clearly labeled to I ended up entered the museum from the back and went through it all backwards. This could have been easily resolved with some rope at the entrance. Just seemed silly that nearly everyone walks right passed the entrance.

Pieces are marvelous. Security guard and front desk are so kind. Its peaceful and quiet and the place is spotless

Very small but well organized display, ample parking, you can take photographs (no flash), relaxing exterior middle garden around which the exhibition is displayed. Despite being so small, very interactive.

A good start to learn Asian history, arts, and culture. Beautiful artifacts...

The museum is open! But make sure to look out for the admissions desk (down the main hall, first door on the left). Admission seems a bit pricey given the size of the museum, but being in the courtyard is free. While a beautiful space the museum seems to have a limited collection, and the doors are always kept closed, and therefore seem a bit unwelcoming.
