The USCIS Application Support Center Gardena is one of the best organized office. Upon my arrival one of their dedicated employee walks toward me and ask to read the appointment letter with polite behavior. Then, he hand the appointment letter to the next official to starts processing it immediately. While, l was sitting and waiting for no more than three minutes, my number was called and the security official directed me to the office manager for a short interview. Soon after that, the office manager gave her approval for the appointment letter, l was told to proceed to the last station for Biometrics processing. Actually, the visit to the above office lasted about fifteen to twenty minutes. Thoughtfully, overall rating of the service and performance in the above mentioned organization is really a high world class organization. The employees were looking very neat with uniform. Passionately, implementing strategic management's skills. Lastly, the Staffs l met were sociable and have ethical values.

My biometrics is on Monday, 10/02/17, but i walked in today (09/29/17). I talked to the security regarding my situation, I have school on Monday, and he said that they will allow me to get my biometrics. It was really fast and finished in 15 minutes. I recommend this place, the staff are all nice and welcoming.

Quickie: + Fast and efficient + Took me earlier than my designated appointment time --- Service: The place is located on the corner of Manhattan Beach and Crenshaw with lots of parking in the square. I went to get my biometrics completed and arrived a few hours before my scheduled appointment. They let me right in around 1pm and there was no wait. I was directed to my line, followed the neatly placed arrows around the office and was out the door in about 15 minutes. Best government agency experience, ever.
