We had a great experience. The process was overall fast and they did a good job making it memorable. Music, video, and photo ops were presented. The attendees were not that enthusiastic however. Maybe it was the division among the country this year. None the less, the facility did a fantastic job!

When I went to take my fingerprints and photography for my certificate of naturalization, the person who was taking the pictures was not friendly at all. When she took the photo she didnt even tell me when she would take it, and when she did, I told her that I had closed my eyes, she replied that it could not be possible; after waited more than nine months for my ceremony, I was very disappointed to find out that I had my eyes closed on the certificate. I asked an officer if they could do something about it and he said no, I should pay a replacement ($600) 
I was not asking to look good, but at least to have my eyes open considering is a legal paper.

I have absolutely nothing to complaint about this office. I have never had a bad attitude from nobody. My citizenship interview was great. The officer was extremely nice and courteous when he came to take me in. During the test he was serious but not rude or mean. Just doing his job. After all the questions were asked he went back to being very nice again. 
On the day of my Oath Ceremony the officers were awesome!!! It was a very beautiful and fun experience!!! It couldn't be better!!! Best day EVER!!!!
