I dreadfully called them after reading the terrible reviews. But these guys are great! Not only did they listen to my concerns but also provided additional information and assurance about a delayed package.

I would rate this place lower than a star if I could. Thanks for losing my package and literally telling me there's nothing I could do about it.

Not even deserving of one star. Most disgusting individuals I have ever encountered in my life. I set up a forward address which they verified multiple times was on file with them and instead of forwarding my mail they continuously sent it back to the sender.  Not only did they lose a very important package but when I called to try and track it down a man answered the phone and lied saying that the place was on fire and that he would call me back. HE NEVER CALLED BACK. And to make matters even worse I'm now out money and time, not to mention that my package contained my student nursing uniform of which I needed for clinical!!

My package has been at their facility for over a week. They don't answer their phones and aren't doing anything to help.
