I am with a patient of Dr Grossman, the oncologist on the first floor. At her appt this morning, Dr. Grossman wanted her to see her regular doctor due to a severe rash and constant diarrhea so Juanita called upstairs to Dr. Meloncon's office. Dr. Meloncon is not in today, so Juanita asked if there might be another Dr she could see. They said that they would try and get a Dr. Conners to see her - they would send her an URGENT message. After not hearing for about 20 minutes - and it being almost noon (the time when this place SHUTS down for lunch) - Juanita called back and asked if they could just pop in and ask her before everyone stopped for lunch - as we are still waiting to hear if we need to hang around and wait for more hours.  Nicole, the girl on the phone, came back on and told Juanita that "Kelly" said she was NOT going to interrupt her because she already had an urgent message.

I'm am very disappointed that the family physicians have no respect for the specialists  in the same building- about a common patient. All we want to know is if this Dr. Conners will fit in an "urgent" patient that needs to be seen today -- and this KELLY REFUSED to go on an ask her.

SHAME ON YOU KELLY!

Went in because I smashed my finger and was concerned it was broken. The doctor never examined it and just sent me to x-ray. Told me that I would be contacted with the results by 11 or 11:30 am. I had to call at 2pm because I was never called back. Only to find out the doctor had left and never looked at my results. I was told I would have to wait till Monday until the doctor could look at my results .....seriously!!!! I have a potential broken finger and I'm being pushed off till Monday. What was the point of me going in the first place. I know just as much about my finger as I did before I went in!!!! Do they let people just go around with injuries not knowing if they are serious or not? I'm going to Well Key Urgent care where I will be examined and treated properly.
