Fantastic service.  Definitely that small town feel you look for.  I would highly recommend.

Very poor customer service. I was a member here since 2001, I became a member of a class action lawsuit in which I can get a rebate of 10% of the total amount of money that I spent at a certain store since 2011. Of course, I need bank statements to prove the amount spent at the store. UCCU is making me pay $100 for them to email me the bank statements. This is probably more than the amount I will get in refund from this store. They would not make any exceptions. I called 3 other credit unions (AFCU, Goldenwest, and Mountain American) and none them charge this much (AFCU is free!). I suggest banking with one of these other options

I absolutely love UCCU! They have taken such good care of us. And the staff is so awesome; they feel like old friends!
