Dr Brent Egan is by far the best Dr I would not go to anyone else for pain management he cares about his patients and takes the time to sit and actually listen to your concerns I Love him!!!!

This is the best pain clinic I've found. Even though it is completely different from the other location in Murray. I've been to both I see Brent every month. Jennifer and lupe are amazing they are kind and respectful and take the time to listen to all your complaints. Dr Brent Egan also is the best doctor around. He is a doctor who actually cares about you. Jennifer will do the best she can to accommodate all your needs. I love this office. However the other one my husband went to and seen dr child's who's bedside manner sucked. The receptionist Kathy I believe is only nice on your first visit after that she is rude as ever. She and the staff that handles that clinic is so unprofessional and rude that my husband would rather suffer with pain than to go back to that office. The whole feeling you get from almost everyone who works there is uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I would never return there my husband has not gone back after his second visit. I want to thank Jennifer the receptionist lupe the RN and Brent the dr for always treating me with respect and taking care of me anytime I need you.

Some of the staff can be very rude. They have a contract but I went with it and signed it because it took me 3 years to find a good dr. I expressed my thanks many times to the dr. I couldn't make it to a pill count the because I had no car and I have three kids 5 and under and I got dismissed. I tried to tell them my story as I bawled on the phone that it took me 3 years to find dr and pain relief. They were cold and rude. The contract stats that missing one may result it's up to the physician. I guess me and the physician didn't have enough the good relationship I thought we did. Once you enter the clinic you cannot leave or use your cell phone. You cannot receive calls from. Your baby sitter. If your a stay at home mom with kids don't go they don't care. They take in so many new patients and they being in more money on an intake take so they don't care about you really. See other reviews on other sites about their rude staff.

Lots of people have negative things to say about UPRI. I'm not one. I love them. Yes, they're incredibly strict. Yes, there's tons of rules and contracts and things you have to agree to in order to be under their care. However, if you follow the rules, they take good care of you. If you aren't one for following rules, don't bother. You'll hate them. You'll be one of the many who think they're rude and whatever else. If you're a drug seeker, don't bother. You won't last long. But if you don't mind following some simple rules (don't sell your meds, don't try and scam the system, don't be a dick, etc) then you won't have any issues. The staff are all super friendly and helpful - as long as you treat them respectfully and don't try to pull any shady crap!
