The storage site is roomy and access is good. Why the poor rating? Beware of their price increases and lying about options. I first signed up in the spring: $45 a month if you paid the entire year - $55 a month if you sign a yearly contract or $65 if you did a month to month. Well I soon was billed $65 a month and when  I called to question the increase they stated "oh a email went out two months ago" wrong i never did receive one. I then confirmed that the only option would be $65 a month and no other discounts. I confirmed with the lady is this $65 going to be the rate with no other increases... well I just got my auto payment statement from them, it is now $75.  Do not trust them at all, I will be leaving the location ASAP.

Beware of horrible drivers that don't know how to back up! My trailer was hit while storing it there and they don't have cameras to prove anything and are not liable for damage. I hope the cowardly driver gets what he/she has coming to them! If anyone thinks about storing their trailer or boat I would make sure it is in the cameras view.

I recently moved my rig here. Ended up saving $20 dollars a month. The facility has great lighting and nice walls with razor wire on the top. I've recommended this place to my neighbors and they've all followed suite. Thanks for saving me money Utah RV and Boat Storage!

Its been hard to find a big lot with lots of room and it has great prices.
