This was our family's first experience renting a trailer for our weekend camping trip. We had such a great time. My boys thought bunk beds inside a camping trailer, was the coolest thing ever! The trailer was clean and in great condition. Our family slept well and enjoyed all the amenities such as water to shower, a flushing toilet, a place to cook and heat food, and a place to take a break from sun and bugs to play games! We were as comfortable as one can be while camping! We will definitely be using Utah RV Rentals again in the future!

Utah RV Rentals was super easy to work with and delivered above and beyond what was promised. I would work with them again without hesitation. My wife and I used them for a trip up to Mirror Lake / Kamas area over Labor Day weekend and from the time we got the trailer to the time we dropped it off, we were treated with professionalism and timeliness. The trailer was clean and comfortable and everything was in good working order. We look forward to our next trip and building awesome family memories.

We have rented 1-2 times per year for the last five years from Utah RV Rentals.  We had rented from other places prior to that but keep coming back here because they are very good to work with, their equipment is usually much cleaner than other places and in great working condition.  We just finished a rental in which for the first time we had to contact Nate several times about different issues.  He was always very responsive and helpful.  One of these issues was some damage that happened to the unit.  He was very understanding and the process for resolution was very smooth.  We will continue to rent from Utah RV Rentals.

Worst place to rent from ever! They don't care about customers, just the $$$. They will nickel and dine you for every little thing. When I picked up my trailer it wasn't cleaned at all. One of the gray tanks was completely full adding hundreds of pounds to the trailer as well as the black tank half full. Made pulling the trailer a nightmare as it threw it off balance. All I got was a, "sorry it wasn't cleaned or ready for you." Then when I get to our campground the sewer hose was full of holes spilling the disgusting and toxic waste and water all over the ground. They don't properly maintain or prepare the trailers for customers. When I brought it back to return they could care less about my horrible experience. Companies like this who fail to put the customer first or make them feel valuable will be out of business quickly.
