I have worked here for the past 4 years! Out of all the places I have worked over my career, I love UTA the best! The People, the attitudes, How everyone cares about serving the public and making their life a little bit easier, and we do help in so many ways, Front Runner, Trax's, Buses, and Para Transit, are awesome! Love Salt Lake and surrounding areas, for the mountains, the rivers, the snow, the beauty! Wow

I use UTA Frontrunner and Trax every morning for my commute. As a pass holder, and paying more for that than driving, I am very disappointed in the quality of service UTA offers. The Trax or Frontrunner is often running late, which causes me at least once a week to miss my connecting train since neither one will wait an extra 30 seconds so myself and others can get to work or home on time. Even though it's not our fault and the UTA employees see us all running to catch the train. During the winter the platform is covered in snow and ice (Ogden station specifically). Even though the platform does get shoveled eventually, the sidewalk to the parking lot is guaranteed to be very icy. I see elderly people and a blind person in the mornings having a very difficult time walking on the snow and ice. You all should be ashamed, especially as the third most expensive public transportation in the nation.

Just waited 45 minutes at a bus stop - the first stop on route 320 from downtown to Sandy. There was an accident blocking the typical route the bus takes to get there. Another person waiting for the 200 bus finally called UTA to find out when the bus would arrive. Rather than going around like 5 other bus routes did, ours decided to skip the first two stops altogether, leaving 5 of us at this stop and anyone at the second stop to figure out other ways to get home (this was the last run of the day). Thanks for extending an already long commute another 2 hours, UTA. Keep up the great work.

They clearly do not do thorough background checks on their employees. After being assaulted by one of their bus drivers, they not only covered up for him and lied, but they later promoted this mentally unstable employee (as found out by my attorney). This company is ran by some twisted and selfish people.
