I have taken my daughter to Utah Valley Pediatrics since she was 2 weeks old. They are always so caring and helpful.... they even managed to see us on Christmas day when she was 6 weeks old!!! Now 10 years old, my little girl refuses to see anyone except for Dr. Peterson. We adore him and his entire staff (We love you Ginger!) of wonderful caring people. He truly does put the patient as a child and family he know by name, before a number in and out the door. He's a one of a kind doctor, and I fear what I will do if he ever retires, because my child will see no one else, no compromise!!! THANK YOU!!!!

We truly love this location! I usually go to an office and like one doctor and don't love the other, but in this office I really love both doctors and the nurse practitioner! The medical assistants are extremely nice as well! They did fantastic while my daughter was struggling to breath when she had pneumonia and rec. Highly recommend this office!

I haven't taken my children to any other pediatrician, so knowing that here are my thoughts. Ruth Caldwell is an excellent nurse practitioner, I have recently switched both of my children over to her because she's so great. I feel that my concerns are heard and that she is competent. I have seen other doctors at Utah Valley Pediatrics that I did not feel like they took the time to understand my child's specific circumstances and would ask empty questions making me feel like they didn't really know what to do to help the problem. The receptionists are always pleasant and on top of scheduling and insurance. I've never had any problems with billing, which is conveniently located right next door in the same building. This way if there's a problem, you can literally go and talk to them rather than having to call on the phone, which I've found quite beneficial. There is a sick side and a healthy side for the children's appointments, and plenty of toys, movies, and a small aquarium in the middle of the room. The parking can be a bit snug and it's unclear where you're allowed to park (some spots are labeled), but no matter where I've parked I've never received a ticket in over 2 years. Overall, I like the office, but I would recommend switching doctors if you ever feel like it's not a good fit because they have a wide range of personalities and methods.

We love Utah Valley Pediatrics. We usually see Dr. Leifson and he is the best. He is so amazing with kids and the parents. Plus the office staff is great and so friendly.

Dr. Leifson and the nurses at Utah Valley Pediatrics have always listened to all our concerns and treated our children as if they are truly special to them. I am very picky about my pediatricians because I've have too many who are not respectful to the children or the mother. That has NEVER happened here and they are always quick to respond. I trust the doctor's advice as he has demonstrated extensive medical advice and shown that he is current on the research. I love this office!
