I established a business liability policy with Utica through Geico. First of all, mad at Geico but they have handled it on their end. Utica still owes me $199.50 for a policy down payment when they can't meet my needs. This payment SHOULD have been in the mail last week. Two weeks later, im still waiting and cannot move forward with anything else for my new business. I will never, ever recommend them, nor will I ever use this company, even if they did cover for my needs.

This company is scam artist and bunch of crooks. I never purchased any   homeowner policy from this company. The insurance  broker offered  me Utica First Insurance Company with rate almost  the same as my current insurance. I am advised  insurance broker  that it is not acceptable and I stay with my current insurance. The Utica anyway request  pay $147  even I never signed any documents with them and sent me for collection. 
This is clear fraud and must be prosecuted by  New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs.
Stay away from this company  even if they offering free insurance.

Terrible company. Instated a business policy then merely 24hrs later canceled me because I mowed tall grass (aka brushhogged). Then billed me for a months policy even when I was already paying for another company to insure me. Dishonest business practices, zero communication, and down right shady company. Steer clear of this company as mentioned in almost every other review.

Worst experience I've ever had with an insurance company. 2 months after closing on my house the underwriters had an infinite amount of issues after they took my money. The agent didn't have the courtesy to answer phone calls, he could only text until I called the corporate office. Unbelievable how unprofessional this company is. Let's see if I actually get my refund.

I would have given a negative star if I could. Dumb people working for dumb principles. Stay far far away from these people. They will take your money and run away. Oh and they are not able to verify your info to give a straight answer on the phone as well. Useless people.
