This is one of the worst flower shops I have dealt with.  They definitely give local businesses a bad.  I placed an order with then and they charged me more than what was quoted.  When I asked them why, their response was "processing charges."  A good business should be up front with its costs instead of keeping some hidden.  Given that I placed this order over the phone, I asked for a receipt to be sent to me; no receipt after several days.  This shop also promised to e-mail me once my order was delivered.  You can guess how this promise turned out.

I called two days before Mother's Day to place an order. Not only was the guy that answered very condescending (like telling me I sounded "very young" which was completely irrelevant to a conversation about ordering flowers) but he told me that they do not deliver on Mother's Day because they cannot be sure that the mothers will be home. What is the point of ordering Mother's Day flowers if they can't be delivered ON Mother's Day? How can a florist ever be sure that the customer will be home? Needless to say, I looked elsewhere. I don't know what the quality of the flowers are here, but the level of professionalism is lacking.
