I've been dealing with these people for 1.5 years now. Unfortunately they work for the landlord who I rent from. Let me warn if I may.
DO NOT do business with these people. I am a business manager for a very large corporation and I can tell you from my own 15 year of experience that this business is a joke! In exception to only one person...the people are not only rude...but are incompetent! 
From the signing of the lease to trying to get any service at all after...they will make every thing a freaking nightmare. They have no moral values and barely any talentat all. I called for a water leak in our windows 1 year ago and they still haven't completed the task! My A\C is currently not working..it's 96 degrees in our home with kids and when we just called for service the lady laughed at us and stated shell call us back...we'll see what happens this time!!
