One of the workers in the bookstore don't seem to know what he's doing. I called the bookstore and asked about the return policy, and he gave me a date that was unaccurate. I also asked him about price matching books, and he said I could use local stores, amazon or half price books to save and receive the difference on a gift card. However upon seeing him the next day, he said I couldn't use half price books, and i stated "oh?", he said to me "no, if we were to use that then we mind as well close our doors". He stated after wards that they only accept Barnes and Noble and Amazon. Regardless, luckily I was able to find a price to match with through Barnes and Noble right after he had said that.  
Really unsatisfied with the the service.
