The customer service is lousy,they never have stock of the items you want its like they bait you with advertising to get you to come in and buy the crap they cant sell.and the employees i had to chase them down for help.

 I visited V.I.M on July 11th 2016 and my experience there was less than good customer service. I first went downstairs to find a pair of shoes for work and the young man I asked to find the shoes was standing around doing absolutely nothing didn't even offer help he went and looked up the shoes and then disappeared as I waited. He was upstairs doing something else. So I had to get the other young man that was working there he found them for me. when I got to the register the young lady gave me back 15 single dollarbills in change. So I asked her for a 10 and a 5, she said she didn't have any big bills. So I asked for her manager and she told the next customer to come up,  so I told her don't rush me and she insisted that I move out the way for the next customer to come up. What great quality customer service she had a very nasty attitude and if you were going to shop at V.I.M maybe you should go to a different one in another location. The store is very unorganized and very cluttered there are items all over the floor and it's very disgusting floors are dirty dressing room is nasty and no one even knows the manager's name the manager turned out to be the nicest person there with more knowledge of customer service than anyone else thank God she's the manager. My vote one star
