Worst service and patient care we've ever received! 1 hour 40 minutes AFTER our appointment we FINALLY got brought back to a PA. When we originally asked 1 hour after our appointment when we would be seen the nurse was rude! She acted like we had 0 right to even ask! Ridiculous!

I'm used to the VA hospital in Nashville TN. Y'all don't know how good you got it here. The care I received here was excellent!!

Went into emergency thinking I had pneumonia for the past few weeks. The doctor admitted me and before I knew it a cardio team was taking over. I was in heart failure and didn't know it. The staff, nurses and doctors were beyond professional with a caring bedside manner. I credit them with saving my life. They should be given whatever they need for a budget so they can continue to service vets in the best possible way they can! Thank you to everyone at the VA in West Roxbury!

WROX has to be the very best medical facility I have ever been sent to. Thanks to a very special cardiology program I am proud to be a survivor!

The Veterans Hospital in Roxbury is by far the best I have ever seen in public or in the VA system my father had a heart issue and was brought to the CCU it was this one particular nurse that one so far and above her duties she actually went through the process of how to take care of my father also the genetics of heart disease she set me up with a diet because I am the only son that has not had a heart attack I truly think this woman needs some credit somehow I have a meeting with the Veterans Affairs Committee in two weeks After All We Have Heard and seen on television this particular Hospital is exempt from Any of the problems. this woman actually cares for who she's talking to and really does love her patient her name is Sylvia and she truly is a angel on that floor I hope for her she can get some credit I know she would never seek it but I will make sure she finds it God bless you Sylvia
