Called them on Monday to get service on our natural gas wall heater. Tech Brandon arrived, on time, Tuesday afternoon. He found thermostat was in good order but a "reset" button had tripped, I wasn't aware there was such a thing on this heater, he instructed me how to reset it if it trips in the future. We were never happy with the standard thermostat and asked if he had and would install a programmable unit, he did and installed it on the spot. Finally he cleaned up the interior of the unit and has it back in good operating condition! Couldn't have asked for a better service call, and the cost was very reasonable!

Alan arrived to check on my furnace, discovered the problem and had it fixed quickly.  Extremely courteous, professional and I highly recommend VACCO and their staff.

I've recently sent 2 new clients to VACCO.  My clients then hired VACCO for inspections which each led to credit to repair the AC's prior to closing escrow.  After the close of escrow both clients called VACCO to come out and either put in new systems or make the repairs needed.  Ben at VACCO made sure each customer is well taken care of.   Also, I personally had VACCO install my own AC.  I highly recommend and trust VACCO!

The VAACO team did a great job in sizing, selecting, and installing our new 5 Ton AC unit. The selection of the Rheem AC unit was a perfect match to the existing 100k BTU Rheem heating system already in the home. Installation was a little unique, placing the condenser on the porch balcony, and the team did an awesome job from start to finish! With the new Venstar HD Thermostat, the settings can be programmed remotely via my Android phone...cool stuff fer sure! (pardon the pun ;-).

City inspection passed smoothly, and operation of the AC is so quiet my family doesn't even know when it's running.

Great job Ben, Nate, and Adam - much appreciate the good work.
