I stayed here over the labor day weekend and my room was flooded by the guests upstairs toilet. I had my disabled child with me. The water was coming through light fixtures making it very unsafe. I was told there was no room to move us too. I have filed a complaint with BBB. I would NOT recommend this place to my enemy. Front desk staff is very rude and have no idea of what customer service is. Pool was closed but always advertises that they have a pool. This place is not up to par in anyway shape or form. Please don't give these money hungry people your hard earned money. Everything they advertise is false.

I was very pleased with the Vagabond Inn. They were very reasonable in price and I was able to book a room overnight at the last minute. They only charged my card about $70 for one night and nothing else. The staff was very friendly and the young girl and the front is super professional kind and greets you with a smile she was the highlight of my trip. The airport is closed and there are a few restaurants and a 7-Eleven and Pew convenience stores nearby walking distance I got an Uber to the airport within minutes and was at the airport within 10 minutes it's very decent place to stay and I feel like at the to store Hotel it definitely should be rated much higher because it's clean comfortable and affordable. Overall I will come back again and recommend it to anybody staying in that area of Reno.

Front desk clerk was nice and accommodating, but I was traveling with 2 kids, and the overwhelming amount of drug activity made me really uneasy... and I'm not just talking about the legal cannabis, it was a much darker desperate element... pretty sure I witnessed some shady drug deals going down, and passed by a couple rooms with multiple passed out individuals strewn about (8pm). I've been around plenty of drug addicts in my life, and i got the vibe that it was not just some reefer that was being enjoyed around the place. Got to the room and neither of the beds had been made... couldn't help but wonder what I was about to send my kids into... the clerk was very understanding and refunded my payment. On the plus side, I got to have a talk with my kids about the horrors of hard drug use and the dangers associated with extreme addiction. Probably fine if you are an adult or 2 who are seasoned travelers, and used to an element of unexpected adventure that comes with the territory, but as a single parent of 2 young children, it was not an environment that I felt safe in for that night.

I'm not sure about the nightly rooms, but the weekly ones are dated. That being said, the housekeepers here are very polite and sweet, and the front desk is good. I would recommend this place to anyone. 💖 it!!

My review this is not a very decent hotel that the average person would like to stay in there was two TVs in my room with one remote that did not work either one of the TVs. On the laboratory the handle kept coming off, now for the shower you really had to have muscles to cut it on you had to actually pull pull pull and get the pressure to come out of the shower. Now I ask for the front desk, was not friendly at all they act like they was doing you a big favor by giving you a place to stay well trust me it'll be the last time I stay at something like that and you online service people that book these rooms you should really check them out before you put them on your list and tell people that there. That I know I was looking for a low budget place for a couple days until I get my regular room I would not recommend this place to anyone that I know unless they're down and out on their luck and don't have no money in their pocket
