When I went, I was 3rd in line. The price for my full load was only $5. And the line went quickly once they opened up. 
Haven't been there in a year though.

have called several times and left messages; have not been able to speak to someone to make appointment, no one calls me back.  I know they're busy (and the reviews seem to prove that) but why ask us to leave a voicemail if they're not going to return calls?

Past 5 times I have had to wait in line for at least 45 minutes. Couple of  times I had to wait 1 ¹/² hr . There don't seem to be any sense of urgency when they have a long line. But what can you expect from government workers.

So trash takes so long been waiting in line for 1 hour line hasn't even moved. They just stand there and they do nothing it's almost been 2 hours.
