Our favorite new pizza place! Excellent Italian-American fare, quality ingredients, local family-owned, friendly service. After living in Manhattan, I am super-picky about my pizza. I love their crust. Probably what we appreciated the most was their meat pizza that was not oily, like most others. I am so happy that we found out about this place!

I wish the new owners the best of luck, but after dining in and having a relatively good experience with food and the waitress we said goodbye to one of the new owners/cooks and he was just sitting in a chair with feet up, scrolling through his phone. For me, that didn’t make a good impression. On a positive note the eggplant parm was good, sauce was a little watery for my taste and the pasta was over cooked. Cheesy garlic bread is nothing to brag about, but it was craved at the time and not a piece was left behind.
The waitress explained that the owners bought the name of the restaurant with all the recipes so anyone familiar with this restaurant and enjoys the food should hopefully get a similar experience in that area.

I have lived in Agawam for most of my 59 years and , for some reason I could never even guess, I have never been to Valenti's Pizza.  So, tonight when I stopped there to grab a pizza for dinner, I didn't know what to expect.  Although it is a small restaurant with very little parking, there is a sizable lot across the street belonging to a paint store providing more than adequate parking.  There are actually 8 or 10 tables inside for dining in or to sit at while you wait for your to-go order. Waitresses were pleasant and efficient.  My 18" specialty pizza took about 20-25 minutes from ordering to walking out the door.  But the best surprise to me was when I took my first bite.  It was the best crust I have ever had on a thin crust pizza.  Even my 88 year old mom enjoyed it,  and she has complained about every pizza we've had for the past 10 years.  We have found our new favorite pizza place.  Oh, and yes, Valenti's has a complete menu featuring grinders, dinners, calzones, wraps and so much more.  Delivery is +1.00, but well worth the money.
