When I moved to NE Washington I kept Dr. Valentine. I have seen several dermatologists over the past 28 years. Dr. Valentine is by far my favorite. I live on this side of the state again, but it is still takes me over 4 hours to get to his office. He is well worth the trip. I highly recommend him.

Excellent doctor and one that reminds me of the way doctors used to be; interested in finding out what is wrong with you. Regardless of the how long your appointment is taking, he stays with you until you feel you have an answer or a direction to go in. Dr. Valentine is what doctors used to be but most have lost their way from medicine to pleasing the insurance companies..

Dr. Valentine was responsive and very helpful, and together we worked out a well-rounded treatment plan. However, one of the receptionists is difficult to deal with. Everyone has a bad day once in a while, but constantly having to put up with this whenever scheduling appointments, or dealing with pharmacy issues, or asking questions, makes it more hassle than it's worth. I wish it did not outweigh Dr. Valentine's care and treatment. However, the poor attitude is too rude to be overlooked.
