Excellent food and large servings!  It's a very casual spacious restaurant with excellent service.  They have an area to eat that is like a sports bar and a very large area beyond if you want a quieter more family oriented environment.  They will soon be opening their outdoor bbq patio.  This is a very comfortable east-county type local place with lots of room and good for families. It is a family owned business and they really care about their customers.  Loved it!!!

Biased cause we live nearby but they rock! EVERYTHING I've had at Valentin's has been excellent! Tacos, fish, fajitas and the beer selection for me is just right.

Authentic Mexican food and Margaritas at very reasonable prices. Fast and friendly service, excellent food and casual atmosphere. The dressing on the Cilantro Chicken salad was amazing! Lightly fried, completely stuffed Chicken Flautas appetizer done Mom's way was perfectly cooked and it's filling enough to have as a meal. The Pork Carnitas and Steak Tampiquena were also good! We just love this place!
