Leigh is wonderful. Very thoughtful and explains everything you need to know. Most importantly, she really wants to make sure you get the best hearing improvement and really works hard to make sure you have the right hearing aids and that they are adjusted properly.

I took my mom to Valley Audiology to see Leigh the audiologist there. She got Wydex hearing aids and we have all been very happy with the hearing aids and the service from her and her staff. My mom lives in Walnut Creek so we've been to both the Concord and Rossmoor office and both are nice.

Valley Audiology helped find and fit my mother with her first hearing aid. I must admit, since it was her first time requiring a hearing aid, she was a bit apprehensive but the staff at Valley Audiology were so supportive and provided follow up check ups to make sure all was well after the fitting. My mom was is very pleased with her hearing aid.
