First I like to say is that, the comments here seem Overdramatic and Comical. Smh. With that being said I would like to post my pros and cons. 
 
Pros, When my husband and I first arrive valley auto customer service was very friendly and welcoming.

Pros, It seems like the employees were going to go the extra mile to help us to get what we wanted

Pros,  they gave coloring books to my young to keep entertained during the process. 
 
Pros, They made sure we were able to walk away with the car that day. 

As of now had the car for about 30 days. And there are several things that needed to be fixed before the car was sold. I don’t entirely blame them Reason being that my husband and I were in need of a car. 

The cons that I would like to state would be that: 

Con: I thought the car would get fix within one to two days of having it. Only one thing has been fixed. In the meantime and still waiting on the other things to get fix. 
 While waiting to get this fix I have experience these problems with the car. 

Con: Yet to receive the License plate and tags. 

Cons Airbag service light came on

Cons: There’s a bad battery in the car
 
Cons: the oil was bad in the car 

Overall, I give them three stars because I am honestly not the happiest about this deal. Reason being that the car is 2016. The things that needed to get fix is a very slow process.

If there could be zero or negative Stars this would be it. They're Crooks through and through. You're better off paying more somewhere else. My vehicle lasted me about 8 months and I had to still make payments on it even though it was undriveable for another 6 months before taking out a loan with a lower interest rate to pay off the car. The owners like to reply to people's bad experiences as if they had no idea and if they can make it better. But the truth is they know exactly what they're selling and they don't care they just want your money cuz once you're out the doors it's not their problem. Frank is a big liar, he knows what his salesmen do and he knows who he contracts his mechanical work to do as well. Run for the hills from this company at all costs.

Update: "We have yet to hear from you", what a load of rubbish. The first month of owning this car it was at their shop being covered my the one month warranty. During which time another catalytic converter was put in come to find out a few months later from a well recommended highly reviewed mechanic shop that there was an aftermarket put on. An aftermarket that is not legal in this state for the vehicle I had. And it was done while Valley Auto Center have been working on it. The smog that was done before I bought the vehicle had the original catalytic converter. Yet again Frank the owner supposedly replying to replies as though they had no idea and they're so sorry for our bad experience yet again in reality they know exactly what had happened they just have so many people coming in and having bad experiences that they tend to forget actually how many so when they read him it just gets lost and all the others so they pretend they don't know anything about it.

I go in looking for a vehicle, I wanted 1 and was told it was ready. I said call me when it is, never got the cal now it's up for sell after I said I wanted it. Also the vehicles for the condition are super overpriced. (Update) so I was called to try to fix the situation, they claimed that the vehicles are placed on the website as soon as they get them and that's a lie. Had they been honest and called me, and not had such high prices it would have been all cash, sometimes us cosumers test you !!!

This dealership was an absolute let down. My wife bought an old truck from them which was okay, but when it to buying a 2008 Honda Civic SI for my son, it was sad to see him cancel the deal. He only had the car for 2 days and in those days, the transmission slips, one of the pulleys is squeaking (sign that it is going bad), it has an exhaust leak, the driver side mirror was broken and glued back on (wasn't going to order replacement at all until my wife spoke up), none of the interior lights came on, and the stereo didn't fit and had fallen into the dash.

Once my son and I went back to dealership to deal with the problems found by us, the dealer on the lot did refer us to a mechanic. The mechanic also found that the transmission and power steering fluid was used and that the slave cylinder for the transmission needs to be replaced. Obviously both systems also needed to be flushed and filled with the correct fluid and ran for a while. The headache is just too great.

When it came to cancelling the contract, my son and I got the smug treatment. Never again would I set foot in that place. DON'T GO THERE EITHER!!!!!!
