Civil Rights :Q... How are the clients of VALLEY MENTAL HEALTH treated and observance of their ADA - housing &/Basic Humane Rights - Overseen & by whom? Who is responsible for checks & balances? Who is this machine that is bilking the medicaid & medicare dollars with budget & program cut? Their name is OPTUM HEALTH INSURANCE! Is there money - Yes! Where is it?
