I've been a regular with thus cab company for almost 2 years and there's always this one cab driver Bill. He's rude, he runs up your meter and over chargers you. He lies and gets aways with treating his customers like crap. Dispatch was rude and so was i. She did not see how he was wrong and how he instigated me but he always gets away with treating his customers like that and because of that vallwy cab has lost my steady business and my friends/ family as well. Marg the dispatch is wrong for what happened today.  They should put videos in those cabs.  I will be taking uber because they are more perfessional. Valley cab is more of a crack cab service.

This is the WORST cab company I've ever had the misfortune of using! Most of the drivers are rude but the dispatchers aren't any better! Their motto should be I'll show up if I want to because most of the time they don't show up and if by some miracle they do show up it takes them at least an hour or more to pick you up!

I have been using Valley Cab for over 15 years.  They hired some new drivers and they are very professional.

When a company list to be open they should be call them for an hour with no pick up .How can they stay open .Because they are the only one in NRI  .So they do what they want couse they know you will call on them again and LOL at you Update 2hour late and still no pick up on the phone MMMMMMMMM

This cab company is so unprofessional and rude . the only local cab company in woonsocket and when a business needs there service the operator sounds like she smoked a pack of cigs for breakfast . Terrible dont evn waste your time calling worst experience not just once MULTIPLE times .
