Mostly bad experiences. Drivers are just barely early enough to get me to my appointments on time half the time, and too late the other half. I have experienced no less than 7 no-shows over the course of the last 4 years with this company. Trying to get home is even worse. I hope you don't mind being stranded at your doctor's office for 1 to 3 hours. The dispatchers and drivers blatantly lie to not only their clients, but to logisticare itself! How many times have I called "where's my ride" to be told "15 minutes" and be waiting an hour or more after? I have lost count. Also I have found out of at least one case where a driver who failed to pick me up for my appointment forged my signature and wrote me down as "picked up."  Does this qualify as fraud yet? I'm disabled and I have to deal with these idiots weekly. The tax payers of the good state of Connecticut are throwing their money down a black hole with this totally and utter garbage company.

Called to book a taxi earlier today for 230pm. They told me they'll put it in for 2 . It is now 2 30 and they still haven't arrived. No call or text saying the cab will arrive late. Now I'll be late for work.
