Our practice was established in 1965 by Dr. Ernest Benner as a sole practitioner and became known as Valley Veterinary Service in 1968. The facility is located 60 miles west of Washington, D.C. in Ranson, West Virginia near historical Charles Town and Harpers Ferry.
