These heartless (choice word) individuals had the nerve to come to my family's house on the day we were laying my grandfather to rest and attempted to retrieve flowers that had been delivered (by a family friend) earlier that morning.

Apparently, the person who had ordered the flowers, had called to complain that they were not what she had requested and instead of honoring their own mistake, an employee showed up at our home (without conveying any information as to what was going on --- not to mention, an hour before the wake) and put my family through an emotional ordeal I wouldn't wish on anyone. 

According to the employee, it was our fault that he had to retrieve the flowers, and that was about the extent of the explanation we received. 

Please do not support this shop! The manager of the shop wouldn't even apologize for his employee's behavior under the circumstances and acted as if it were justified. I've never been so offended in my life, horrible horrible human beings. 

I've contacted the town and the state in regards to this ordeal and pray that others will never have to go through it themselves.
