I have been doing business with them for 10 yrs. Good competitive rates on loans and credit cards. Very helpful and friendly staff.

We went to set up a checking account and our two year old daughter needed to use the restroom. They refused to let her use their restroom and suggested we go to the mall. And this was coming from the manager. Needless to say our daughter had an accident in the branch. We promptly closed our account and went to another credit union. We'll have nothing to do with this financial institution.

Worst bank ever they good luck if u need to get a hold an the play games with ur money bout every 6 months they put a hold on ur account

My only complaint is that the check deposit function is ALWAYS down! This is a huge inconvenience considering its the bank closest to my house and I'm off work usually when the lobby is closed. Please fix this issue.
