Substandard  rooms, food and care. Attending physician used unprofessional term to describe daughter and self in hall outside room. Staff apologized for her...should have done it herself or better yet been a professional. Call lights not promptly answered...could be up to 2 hours. P T dept. Good. Overall a sad sad place to try to recover.
