The lady that works the front dest should not be dealing with people.  She has the worst attitude, and that is even when you are having a well check up.  When you are not feeling well she is even is more unprofessional.  The nurse even roll their eyes at her....I have seen it with two nurses that work their.  They will not give their names when you talk to them on the phone so you don't know who you are really talking to.  The nurses do not give the doctor message or  communicate to the doctor what was said on the phone....i.e. When they told the  patient when the doctor was going to call them back.....then he doesn't call the patient back and well then is becomes upsetting and very unprofessional.  It is my own fault to go to this doctors office once I had to talk and deal with the lady at the front desk....she set the tone and her tone is she is over her job and doesn't want to deal with  patients  and insurances.  Which mean she should find another job to be happy.....life is way to short to be so unhappy and  miserable.
