The labor put into the line is great, there are many fantastic employees who work hard. The forklift drivers aren't perfect but they are substantial. Customer service was always kind, from the first day I walked in to the day I turned in my bumpcap. So basically, the majority of the employees have the best sense of duty on their job. Red caps, white caps, orange caps, all fine employees, worthy of a 4 star review. But the same can't be said for those in charge. The integrity they have is nowhere to be seen. Throwing money here or there for cosmetic things while months go by where damaged utilities gone unrepaired. Sweeping anything important under the rug until customers visit and everyone is sent into a frantic frenzy to secure the false image of a clean facility with minimal issues. 8 months of working the line has made me more surprised to see ethical managing than borderline-fraudulant paycuts. This review isn't for the customers, it's for the applicants. Find better opportunities elsewhere.

I wish if I could give them No star Been here after appointment more than 5 hours and for paper work 3 hours this place Not good at all

This is an International Inefficiency Cold Storage I was loaded at 4pm , it's 10:47pm now The reason is that they're recounting the cases once every hour. Somebody in the staff must have something to hide from the others The only good thing I saw is a young man who answers the phone, though a lier and inept hired by a relation. You can park in the yard if packed your food and have ears indifferent of reefer noise....

New management. Very courteous. Timely. I was scheduled to pickup and got everything I needed fast. Very professional staff. Very clean facility. Highly recommended.

Very good customer service. Great repack company. USDA lines. Highly recommended for repacking. Food repack usda approved lines.
