I am extremely disappointed with the billing practices of this medical practice. I recently had a physical exam, the provider, P.K., came in, and was in the room for approximately 10 minutes. She did not address many things, did a breast exam, then asked if there was anything else. I advised that there was, and we discussed it, and a referral was entered. After waiting months to be seen, not being able to take time off of work for a problem visit, and seeing her ONCE A YEAR, I got a copay in the mail. When I called and inquired with billing about this they advised me that she went above and beyond during the visit. LMAO. This is how they choose to treat patients who use medical dollars wisely, and do not go to the doctor's office for every little thing? Hats off. Another patient transferring out. Take care! (PS cant wait to get a copy of my records to see how in 'depth' that physical was!!) Thanks VMG

Very unpleasant experience all around. Rude staff, didn't receive services I made an appointment for.

Got a phone automated phone call telling me my appointment has been changed that I needed to call back to reschedule!!! And then the only available appointment is a week away. Called, scheduled, without saying goodbye, front desk just hung up on me after I said I would book that one. Wow! Absolutely no customer service and manner. This is not scheduling for a haircut, it's for a sickness, can you have a little more compassion?!

Patient care deplorable they dropped me and offered no more services after being a pt for 12 years drs are ok if you see a few and find oke whos decent probalbly should be imvestigated by ins i will report to them soon

The "Patient Portal" of this facility is worse than totally worthless. It can leave one hanging for 5 to 10 minutes, and stands as an effective barrier to communication with one's PCP or other medicos.
