Got a check from a customer from valley national bank. Made out to me and they would not cash their own check.   Started that I needed an account to cash one of their own checks! How ridiculous is that? They have a policy that prevents them from   
Honoring their own bank notes. In other words a policy to force someone into doing business with them.  No thanks,  I just wanted to cash it real quick,  instead I will deposit it into my bank account.  And to put a cherry in top, the teller was not cordial or even friendly a little.  Maybe it's she was pleasant in her delivery of the issue at hand I might of thought about opening a savings account because it is so close to my house.  Really who hires these customer reps? And how do they get to keep their jobs is beyond my comprehension.  Zero stars for this experience. We treat others how we want to be treated,  that's the way of goes and not the way you feel. No matter what they look like, what their ethnicity is or any of that.  Shame in valley national bank.  =
