I am appalled by the lack of understanding from the general public on how the city works. People want to complain about payroll or people not doing their jobs. When in actuality there are always budget cuts, and not enough man power for the amount of work there needs to be done. City employees do there jobs and provide you! with a service, you need! If you really have a complaint go the the chain of command, I mean councilmen to hire more people, these people are doing there jobs, and get no thanks. If you want respect, you need to treat others as such. Most people that criticize city employee's probably don't have the qualifications to do their job. You think you can do better? Put your money where your mouth is. These men and women are doing their best. Ignorance. Such a shame.

Sargent Wilson was completely rude and unhelpful. I don't know why I still get shocked when I call places like these and get zero to No help. You are irrelevant to this business Mr. Wilson, Have some purpose.

They'll give u a typical government explanation with no viable solution..my answers to a situation..find out if u have a civil case..

I've tried to call. But their phone line doesn't even pick up or you get a YOUR CALL CAN NOT BE CONNECTED AS DIALED message. 
I wonder who runs this office ?
