This place is a joke. They don’t want to deal with the Honest guy but cater to the thugs. I have bought a lot of stuff through these guys but when it comes to pawning something you are better off bring in dirt, you may get more for that than an item worth $1800 that you have a receipt for. I watched a lot of people bring things in there and you know they are stolen and they give them top dollar for them but a honest guy with a item with a receipt they only want to lend $100. Well they have lost all my business and fined it very hard to have respect for a place like this. Sorry Valley Pawn two 👎🏻👎🏻 for you!

John, at the gun counter, and his team are top notch. They give great deals. Been purchasing my firearms from them for about 5 years now. I will not go anywhere else to purchase a firearm. They treat you like family and are always ready to help. Thank you John

I had the privilege of wandering through this large pawn shop in Albuquerque. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. As an owner myself, I love to visit shops in other areas of the country. This operation is impressive.

Been going here for years even before they moved . Had great experience. Today though. Customer service sucks. I think it's time to find me another shop with service

I'm actually pretty pissed. I've been here a couple of times and the people were nice. Today, one of the associates let another chick cut in front of me (who was completely in the wrong line). Then, when I was finally helped, the associate told me they try not to buy shoes...I literally just called and was told that they do. He looked at 2 of my items and didn't even look in the bag I brought in, before telling me they wouldn't buy it. 

My Dooney & Bourke bag had a pen mark inside and my Calvin Klien shoes are scuffed on the bottom from the parking lot. You can still read the tags easily and both are pretty close to "like new", current styles and from Dillard's . I still have the receipts showing how much they set me back. 

Based on this and the fact he refused to look in my bag, before dismissing me...terrible experience, very rude...don't recommend.
