Amazing Dentist, can't get any better than this place! So worth checking them out!..***2017 UPDATE*** dr Gray is no longer at this office, different dr's than years ago when I used to take my kiddo's here. For that reason we no longer choose to use this dentist for the kids,we loved dr gray when he was here..and of course....as any mother would agree (maybe not just publicly like I'm bout to) it was always a pleasure to accompany the kids to their appointment so you could get your Dr. Gray fix! He was so dreamy and so good looking!

Dr Heather Parsons is so amazing! We are so grateful she came to the practice! She makes my son feel so comfortable and is so friendly! She also takes the time to discuss any concerns I have and also asks my son questions to include him. We truly appreciate this level of service and the bright and happy smiles of all the staff. My son does not have severe dental issues but if he did he would probably still look forward going to the dentist as everyone is so wonderful! Thank you!!!

I have been taking my son to this office since he was 2 years old and 5 years later I am sad to see what it has turned into. First they did xrays that are not covered by my insurance, don't share this information with me, and then send me a surprise bill for over 100 dollars. Then they won't accept less than two payments. On the second payment, exactly 30 days later they call me to make the payment on a Friday and I was busy at work and told them I would call her back. I forgot to call until Monday and I left a voicemail requesting they return my call. I have phone records showing I called anf left 2 additional voicemails that week. I also sent an email. The girl who I was dealing with was rude and never pleasant. I sent a follow up email stating I needed to be contacted to pay my bill. All week it went to voicemail although it said it was during normal business hours. I now receive a collection notice for the bill I have tried to pay 4 times without ever receiving a return call. The referral was made to the collection service on one of the said days I have records showing I left them a voicemail requesting to pay my bill. Extremely sad that this business has turned out this way. I would have driven from hours away to take my child to Dr. Gray and I am sad that this is the disgusting customer service that now remains!

I think it has been about 8 years we have been seeing Dr. Gray and my boys still love going to the dentist. The whole office is very nice and child friendly. My one child has a root canal and really did not think it was any big deal. Dr. Gray knows how to talk to the kids make them relaxed and make going to the Dentist fun!
