I made a reservation online and by 3 days later no one contacted me. So went down to the office in the middle of the day during business hours, the sign said "open" and "come in", but the door was locked and no one was there. I even knocked and waited for a while, but ended up leaving never to return again. Figured it was not a good sign.

Shane has been my main contact in the office. He has always provided me with excellent customer service. The new girl Laura is pretty cool too. The facility is nice place to store items. Its always well maintained and secure.
