DO NOT GO HERE!!! I have used them 1 time on another car so its not a "Review from an angry one time customer that had a car that did not pass".
The large Hispanic man that helped me has a very angry personality.  He DEFINITELY should not handle any customer interaction!!!  The scam is use the coupon for $30, find some technicality to fail the car, get you to pay, then tell you it failed, then tell you its $40 to re-test and you cant use the coupon again.
Failed the car because a number on my air filter was not legible.  I asked if I can go buy one around the corner and bring it back real quick so he could check the number...he replied no re-test is $40.
His actions are bad for business.  And this employee specifically is bad for business.  Why anyone would put someone like this at the front counter I have no idea...

I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. BETTER OFF GOING ELSEWHERE
I brought my vehicle into have smog test done.  per the tech who was doing the test stated to me that i have the wrong catalytic converters installed  so he failed my vehicle and charged me the fee .Then it was going to be an additional $40-50 for the retest.
  After doing my own homework and having to waste my time away from work and lose money, I confronting the muffler shop who installed them ( Advanced Muffler in hemet ) , who also double checked to make sure they were the correct ones ( and yes all 3 are correct ). the service tech at Valley Smog  had to be educated as to how to do his job, and what info to look for and use before telling customers they have the wrong parts installed. 
I found all info needed on the ca.gov website about the converters and the executive order that stated the correct parts were installed.

This tech was the rudest person i have had to deal with in a long time.
I hope his boss lectures him about calling customers rude to there face when they are the one who needs to learn how to do there job
Unfortunatly  I have to wait to speak to the owner in about 1-2 weeks when he gets back.

Bad place of business , that overwight dark feller.its not train well....Its a crooked place.. never again, no costumer service..
