We love this place. For years they helped us keep our swimming pool sparklingly clean. When we decided to get a hot tub, we certainly looked around at different models and prices from other places. The day we looked at Valley was the day we decided. They made the decision very easy. Pat was so knowledgeable and friendly. The spa we chose was just perfect for us, and the price was unbeatable. After it was delivered, we ran into a few issues, none of which were the fault of Valley. Anthony and company rectified every single thing very promptly, including leveling the tub on what we thought was a level patio, and at no additional charge. We would without question highly recommend them for all of your pool and spa needs.

I never had to wait even a moment for service. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They can help you with any problem you have. You can't go wrong with them.

Called today to see about opening a pool in Roebling, NJ and the man that answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional saying that they don't service that area and hung up on me. It states on their website that they service Bordentown, and Roebling is literally 5 mins from there. That's fine if you "don't service" this area, but dont be rude.
