I stayed about 2-3 years in this community, really nice place to live. The front office manger Lori is so helpful. I definitely recommend this place!!

The apartments are in fair condition but they are very overpriced. The cabinets and tile are very old and are no longer in good condition in the kitchen and bathroom. The rooms are spacious but the carpet is dirty. They make lease adjustments extremely difficult. The good thing is that they are quiet and the neighbors are very friendly and respectful. You can definitely do better for your money elsewhere.

I lived in a two bed room apartment, very spacious, neighbourhood was good,  easy commute to Mall and Walmart. Very professional in handling all our maintenance request. 

Only down side I could see is the rent. They are charging $1500+ which is way too high. I felt i am paying rent for an apartment in California.
