I have lived here about 6 yrs. and live in the back section and always felt safe and at home with my dog and 2 cats. This is a pet friendly park as well as a country sort of mobile home park., (one of the reasons I like it here.)    They did have a cat issue but the person who fed stray cats (and skunks)  moved about a year or so ago. My animals are inside pets.  Since moving in the back section I've found it to be quiet and peaceful and private.
It is one of the nicer parks in our area. They mow the park regularly and garbage truck comes every Tuesday.  I have had no negative issues here except when a skunk comes around but that is to be expected in the country.  :)  My dog got sprayed.

I live here at valley stream but I am trying to move cause my car has been damage my trailer has been broken in to .they need to spend the millions of dollars that they have and hire some security.this is a very bad place to live I will think twice before you move here . and they don't do nothing about it
