My fiancé worked for this company and gave his two week notice of resignation due to the fact this is terrible company to work for. This company offers no benefits and only offer paper checks rather than direct deposit. The trucks/trailers break down on a weekly basis and they make the drivers sit around and wait while the truck/trailer is fixed. They expect the driver to finish routes even though their faulty equipment breaks down and wastes away the work day. Instead of contacting a mechanic in the area that the driver is broke down in, they send one of their own mechanics to fix the breakdown issue, even if their mechanics could be hours away. On my fiancé's last day at this company he showed up to work and while on his route, his trailer broke down for almost 3 1/2 hours. This company expected him to still continue and finish his route even though he wouldn't have gotten home until after 8:00pm when he went to work at 6am. My fiancé went to the general manager, Kent Knaus and told him he was leaving for the day on his last and Kent kept threatening to not pay him the next day which was payday. The general manager kept saying "well I might just forget to mail your check, I have 30 days to hold onto it". This is the same manager that my fiancé told he found a BEER can in the semi he drove and this manager did nothing about it. Kent Knaus was told that there was an EMPTY BEER can in one of his semi's and did NOTHING about it. Do not work for this company and if you see one of their trucks driving, I would steer clear of them in case one of their drivers decided to drink a beer at work that day.
