I had a wiring issue in a bedroom (DIY gone wrong).  Valleywide sent someone over the next morning, and he diagnosed the problem in no time at all.  He checked everything, was very easy to work with, and was very courteous.  The bill was reasonable, and I would definitely use them again.

The owner sent a survey shortly after the maintenance, soliciting feedback.  Everyone I worked with in the office (most recently Heather) has been terrific.

Really terrible service. Heather is the reason I will never work with this company again. She should be fired immediately if the company cares at all about adequately servicing their customers.

Absolutely top notch. We had no electricity in two rooms and the electrician found the issue quickly. It was fixed within an hour, plus he showed up right on time. The bill was reasonable, too!

Very rude people when I called them on the phone. Thankfully I never used them as I figured if they were that rude on the phone then they must be even worse in my home. I had another respectable company do the work.
